The Department of MBA, in collaboration with IIC, organized a session on “Path to Success: An Entrepreneur’s Story” on 29th November 2025.The objective of the session was to motivate students by exposing them to real-life entrepreneurial journeys, challenges, and success pathways. The session aimed to encourage innovative thinking, risk-taking ability, and leadership qualities among budding professionals.

Mr. James Mohan, Founder Director – Career Villa India, served as the resource person. He shared his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting how determination, resilience, and continuous learning shaped his career. His story provided valuable insights into opportunity recognition, overcoming obstacles, and building a sustainable venture. Students found the session highly motivating and gained valuable insights into innovation, resilience, and career-building.
