On July 28, 2026, the 7th-semester B.Arch. students of Srinivas School of Architecture visited the Karuna Pride building in Falnir, Mangalore, as part of an architectural case study.

Accompanied by faculty members Ar. Leslie J. Dias, Ar. Colin A. Pinto, and Ar. Andrea A. Pinto, the 14-student group explored the corporate facilities of Nevius Software. Guided by Mrs. Manikya Shetty, students gained hands-on insights into modern workplace design, observing open-office layouts, conference rooms, cubicles, informal breakout zones, pantries, and supporting services.

Following the workspace tour, the students analyzed the overall building services, the layout of the three-level basement parking, and the building's circulation patterns, bridging academic theory with real-world architectural design.
