Two-Day International Conference on Recent Trends in Computational Techniques of Mathematics – ICRTCM 2026
Two-Day International Conference on Recent Trends in Computational Techniques of Mathematics – ICRTCM 2026, organized by the Department of Mathematics, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore.
1. Inaugural Function
The conference began on 22nd May 2026 with a formal inaugural function.
Dr. Chandru Hegde, Mangalore, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and inaugurated the event. In his address, he emphasized the growing importance of computational techniques in solving real-world mathematical problems and encouraged young researchers to pursue interdisciplinary work.
The function was presided over by Dr. Shrinivas Mayya D., Principal, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore. In his presidential remarks, he highlighted the role of international conferences in creating a collaborative academic environment and congratulated the department for organizing the event.
2. Keynote Addresses
The academic sessions were enriched by two keynote addresses from distinguished scholars.
Prof. Dr. Dafik from Universitas Jember, Indonesia, delivered the first keynote address online on “A Novel Rainbow Antimagic Vertex Colouring Approach for Watermarking.” His presentation offered valuable insights into the application of graph theory in data security and cryptography.
Dr. Chandru Hegde delivered the second keynote address on “Emerging Variants of Secure Sets in Graphs.” His talk was appreciated for its clarity, depth, and relevance to ongoing research in discrete mathematics.
3. Paper Presentations
A total of 26 research papers were presented during the conference in online mode. The presentations were spread across four technical sessions over two days. Each session was chaired by experienced academicians to ensure meaningful discussion and constructive feedback.
Among the contributors, notable presentations were made by *Dr. Ramanand HS and Dr.sathyanarayana Poojari The papers covered a wide range of topics including graph theory, numerical analysis, cryptography, optimization, and mathematical modeling.
Each session was chaired by external experts to ensure quality and academic rigor. we are thankful to Dr Kedukodi Srinivas Rao and Dr Shantha kumara for serving as external chair persons for the technical sessions .Their guidance timely feedback and academic moderation added great value to the presentations
