On 19 February 2026, the AIML Department NSS Unit of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru conducted an outreach initiative at CSD Lab, NITK Surathkal.

With the belief that education drives change, NSS volunteers stepped beyond the campus to connect, share, and inspire. The programme focused on spreading knowledge, encouraging interaction, and empowering young minds.

The activity reflected the true spirit of NSS—learning through service and creating value for society. Students actively participated, showing teamwork, communication, and responsibility.

The programme was guided by Prof. Madhusudhan S (Department NSS Coordinator) and Prof. Rakesh Mallya (College NSS Coordinator), with the support of Principal Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D and HOD Prof. Daya Naik.

It was also supported by the presence of our faculty members Prof. Nithya B P and Prof. Sonali Naik.

This initiative reminds us that even small efforts can create a lasting impact when done together with purpose.
