The IIC SIT & Green Cell of Srinivas Institute of Technology, in association with the Department of MCA, organized a Slogan Designing Competition on the occasion of National Energy Conservation Day on 15th December 2025 at M-402. The event commenced at 1:00 PM with enthusiastic participation from students.

The competition aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of energy conservation, sustainable development, and environmental responsibility. Participants showcased their creativity and innovation by presenting impactful slogans emphasizing the need to conserve energy and protect natural resources. The activity encouraged students to think critically about real-world environmental challenges and propose meaningful messages through creative expression.

The event served as an engaging platform for students to express their ideas on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and eco-friendly practices, reinforcing the role of youth in building a sustainable future.

The event was well coordinated by Dr. Suryanarayana K (Green Cell Coordinator) and Prof. Swapnil Sunil Pai (Event Coordinator), with the support of faculty members of the Department of MCA.

The competition was highly appreciated by the participants, who expressed that the activity enhanced their awareness about energy conservation while nurturing creativity and innovation. The event successfully motivated students to adopt responsible energy usage practices and contribute towards a greener and more sustainable planet.
