The Department of MBA, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized an exposure visit titled “Idea to Industry: Pre-Incubation to Processing” to Cocoa Rich Agri LLP, Ganjimutt, on 23/02/2026. The objective was to provide students with practical insights into transforming innovative ideas into market-ready products in the agro-processing sector.

During the visit, students observed the manufacturing process, quality control practices, and packaging methods. Industry experts explained the stages from pre-incubation to processing, along with key entrepreneurial challenges and marketing strategies.

The visit was informative and helped bridge the gap between theory and practice. It enhanced students’ understanding of innovation, entrepreneurship, and industrial operations.
