Lumina–HR club, MBA department of Srinivas Institute of Technology has conducted the activity named “Organisation Approach on Rewards and Recognition” on 26.09.2025 at Invenger Technologies Private Limited located at Ballalbagh, Mangaluru is into array of Technology services, IT consultancy, and outsourcing services is designed to upscale companies across multiple industries, address a range of customer operational challenges, and help to tap their undiscovered possibilities.. The aim of the activity is to make students understand how companies conduct Rewards & Recognition activity and what are the major components are taken in consideration under this activity. The activity also focused on conducting strategies adopted by Invenger to address various components contributing to their performance. For the purpose of better understanding about the same students had visited their corporate office for interviewing HR manager- Ms. Krithika, Invenger Technologies. With this interaction students were able to get deeper insights about the various activities conducted by the organisation and the importance placed by the organisation for conducting the Rewards & Recognition Program. Students clarified various queries regarding the steps and the measures taken by the organisation that the best performing employees get maximum benefit. The HR Manager gave a glimpse about various actions oriented measures taken throughout the process.
