The Department of MBA, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangaluru, successfully organized its 6th two-day International Conference (IC) on September 23 and 24th 2025, focused on the theme of "Innovation in Science, Technology, and Management". The inauguration on September 23 was presided over by Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, principal of Srinivas Institute of Technology and formally opened by the keynote speaker, Ir. Ts. Suria Prakkash A/L Vijayasuria from MAHSA University, Malaysia. The president and the principal, along with HOD Dr. Ajoy S Joseph and IC Coordinator Prof. Ashwini, shared the stage. The formal function included welcoming remarks by Dr. Savitha S Rai, an introduction of the keynote speaker by Prof. Ankitha, and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Prof. Mallika.

Following the inauguration, the keynote speaker, Ir. Ts. Suria Prakkash A/L Vijayasuria, delivered an insightful session on Artificial Intelligence (AI), detailing available tools and suitable application areas while urging the audience to learn how to use AI effectively, efficiently, and ethically. Meanwhile, the president emphasized the critical role of innovation in all three thematic fields. The conference attracted exceptional international participation, drawing over 195 individuals from diverse regions, including Karnataka, the UAE, Sharjah, Malaysia, Brunei, and Oman. This global outreach resulted in the receipt of 101 research papers from a broad mix of industrial practitioners, research scholars, faculty, and students. The discussions fostered a vibrant exchange of ideas, highlighting the importance of collaboration across borders to tackle pressing global challenges through technology and innovative solutions. Participants left inspired to implement the insights gained and contribute to the advancement of their respective fields.

The technical segment was executed through four comprehensive paper presentation sessions—Session I and II on Day 1, followed by Session III and IV on Day 2. A panel of distinguished expertise moderated these four sessions: Dr. Dharmananda M from NMIT, Bengaluru, Dr. Shashidhar Kini K from SIT, Mangaluru, Dr. Veena S Rai from SIT, Mangaluru, and Dr. Savitha S Rai from SIT, Mangaluru. The prestigious IJEMR Journal under Archers & Elevators Publishing House, Bengaluru, will be publishing 55 high-quality papers after a rigorous review process, indicating a significant research outcome. The successful two-day international conference formally concluded with a Valedictory Ceremony held immediately following Session IV, where the IC Coordinator, Prof. Ashwini, provided a final summary and officially wrapped up the event
