The Department of MBA at Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangaluru, in collaboration with the Training and Placement cell , organized a session titled “Career Compass: Navigate your future with Sap” on 9th August 2025. The session was conducted by Mr. Deekshith Shetty, Lead Consultant at ITC Infotech who served as the resource person.

Mr. Deekshith Shetty’s session was aimed to guide students on the vast career opportunities available in the SAP ecosystem and help them plan their future in line with industry needs. Mr. Shetty shared his expertise on the role of SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) as a leading ERP solution used by global organizations to streamline operations and decision-making. He discussed various SAP modules, their business applications, and the importance of SAP certifications in building a strong professional career. The session also focused on emerging trends such as SAP S/4HANA, cloud integration, and the growing demand for skilled SAP professionals in a digitally transforming business environment. Mr. Shetty motivated students to develop both technical expertise and soft skills, providing valuable tips on pursuing certifications, internships, and industry-relevant training.
