The Departments of CSBS, CSE, ECE, AE, and AU Engineering of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Incubation and Startup Cell, and EDP Cell, organized a session on National Startup Day – “Empowering Young Innovators” on 16th January at the Seminar Hall.

The session was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D, Principal, SIT, with the support of the Heads of various departments. The resource person, Dr. Shashank Shetty, Associate Professor at NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, and Co-founder & MD of Inspirante Technologies, delivered an interactive and engaging session.

He shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, and innovation, and motivated students to start their own startups through various approaches, including identifying real-world problems, developing innovative solutions, and leveraging available startup support systems. Students actively participated in discussions, making the session informative and inspiring.

The program successfully encouraged entrepreneurial thinking and inspired students to explore startup opportunities.
