On November 19, 2025, under the Institute’s Innovation Cell and the Association of Information Science and Engineering (AISE), the Department of ISE and Association of Computer Science and Design (ACODE), the Department of CSD organized a contest named IDEA TO IMPACT

For this event we invited the resource person Mr. Aditya Madhukar Bhat, CEO Swizosoft, Mangaluru (7th Sem, CSD). He started the event by explaining his one of the project named “Invoice Manager”. It is a web-based invoice management system that allows businesses (or even students running startups/college events) to digitize billing and financial workflows.

The event was supported by Prof. Sudarshan K, Head of the Department (HOD), ISE & CSD. It was conducted by Deeksha Shetty, Raksha Shetty, Spoorthi, Rashmi KP from the 7th Sem. The event was coordinated by Ms. Aparna N under the guidance of Prof. Sowmya, Staff Advisor of AISE and Prof. Archana D, Staff Advisor of ACODE. The Dedication and efforts made by team truly lead to the success of the event.

IDEA TO IMPACT provided practical learning opportunities where students can apply knowledge from DBMS, Web Development, Software Engineering, and UI/UX, while also understanding how CRUD operations work in live systems. Beyond academics, it builds entrepreneurship skills, enabling students to manage the business side of projects and even customize the system for college fests, clubs, or freelancing needs.
