The Department of MCA, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized a Startup Summit: Poster Presentations of Startups & Linkage with Innovation on 11th and 12th August 2025 at M-401. The two-day event provided a platform for students to present their innovative startup ideas through posters and connect with innovation-driven concepts.

Day 1 – 11th August 2025

The first day featured poster presentations by student teams across domains like technology, healthcare, education, and sustainability. Participants explained their problem statements, innovative approaches, and business models, while faculty and peers offered constructive feedback.

Day 2 – 12th August 2025

The second day continued with presentations from the remaining teams. The session encouraged peer-to-peer learning, discussions, and networking, further enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit among participants.

Conducted under the guidance of Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D (Principal), Dr. Shashidhar Kini K (HOD, MCA) and Dr. Praveen Shenoy K (IIC Coordinator) and Prof. Swapnil Pai (Event Coordinator).

The event was well-received, with students appreciating the exposure to entrepreneurial practices. Overall, the summit successfully promoted innovation and strengthened the startup culture within the institution.
