The Poster-Nexus event was held on 30th August 2025, organized by the Department of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science. The program aimed to encourage students to present their innovative ideas through creative poster designs and effective demonstrations.

Participants showcased their projects through colorful posters and interactive explanations, making the event lively and engaging. They clearly presented the problem statement, methodology, and expected outcomes of their work with confidence. The program gave students a chance to express creativity, share ideas, and improve their communication and presentation skills. It also encouraged critical thinking and teamwork as they explained their concepts to visitors and judges. Faculty and judges shared useful feedback and suggestions, which helped students understand how they could improve their work. Overall, the event was both fun and educational, giving participants a meaningful learning experience

The program was supported by our esteemed Principal, Dr. Shrinivasa Mayya D and was successfully initiated and completed with efforts of Prof.Nagaraja Hebbar, Head of the Al&DS,Prof.Ganapathi Sharma, Department IIC Co-ordinator. The event was coordinated by Prof. Ajay Pinto, Association Coordinator and Technical Coordinator.
