SIT Startup, Institute Industry Interaction and EDP Cell organized a workshop on Agentforce on 3rd September 2025, in association with Salesforce India. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Abhilekh Verma, Salesforce Expert and Agentforce Speaker.

The session introduced students to the Agent workforce concept, demonstrating how AI-powered agents can be trained and deployed to perform tasks, automate workflows, and enhance productivity in real-world scenarios.

The objective of the workshop was to provide hands-on exposure to building intelligent agents, strengthen student knowledge on Salesforce’s Agentforce platform, and prepare them for future industry requirements in AI-driven automation.

During the workshop, Mr. Verma guided participants step by step in creating agents, explaining their applications across different domains.

The outcome of the session was highly impactful — by the end of the workshop, students had successfully developed functional agents on the platform. The session also enhanced their understanding of how agents can be leveraged in the workforce to optimize efficiency and innovation.

This online workshop witnessed active participation from over 600 students across different engineering streams, making it a highly successful knowledge-sharing and skill-building initiative.
