On August 27, 2025, under the Institute’s Innovation Cell, the Association of Information Science and Engineering (AISE) and Computer Science and Design (ACODE), the Department of ISE and CSD organized a creative contest named “Divine Creativity with AI: Celebrate the Spirit of Ganesha through AI Creativity.”

The event aimed to inspire students to blend tradition with technology by using Artificial Intelligence tools for creative expression. Participants were asked to write unique prompts, generate AI-powered images, and submit their entries for evaluation. A key highlight of the contest was the celebration of cultural heritage through AI-generated art, where creativity and innovation came together to honor Lord Ganesha.

The contest enabled participants to explore how AI can be leveraged for artistic expression, encouraging students to think beyond conventional boundaries and apply technology in imaginative ways. Overall, Divine Creativity with AI was an engaging and innovative initiative that combined cultural spirit with cutting-edge AI creativity.

The event was supported by Prof. Sudarshan K., Head of the Department (HOD), ISE and CSD. The event was coordinated by Ms. Aparna N under the guidance of Prof. Sowmya and Prof. Archana D, Staff Advisor of AISE and ACODE. Their teamwork and dedication ensured the smooth execution of the contest.

Students enthusiastically participated by crafting imaginative prompts and generating AI-driven visuals. The event highlighted the role of AI in enhancing creativity and demonstrated its potential in merging cultural values with modern innovation.
