NOT NULL KNOWLEDGE
On September 15, 2025, on account of Engineer’s Day, under the Institute’s Innovation Cell and the Association of Computer Science and Design Educatee (ACODE), the Department of CSD organized a contest named NOT NULL KNOWLEDGE.
NOT NULL KNOWLEDGE was a technical quiz event where participants had to select the right answer from 4 of the options given to them. The event consisted of a single round with 20 questions, ranging from easy, medium to hard. A total of 33 students participated in the quiz, which was conducted through Mentimeter. The questions touched upon various core engineering topics, general knowledge, and included topics pertinent to the theme of Engineer’s day 2025: “Deep Tech & Engineering Excellence: Driving India’s Techade”. The points were allocated based on the speed and accuracy of the answer; Participant who answered correctly first were awarded with the highest points. The winner was decided unanimously by the top score. This contest showcased the participants core knowledge and their quic thinking skills. Participants engaged enthusiastically, making it a grand success.
The event was supported by Prof. Sudarshan K., Head of the Department (HOD), It was skillfully conducted by Ms. Vaishnavi Mambady and Ms. Swathi B T from the 7th semester CSD. The event was coordinated by Prof. Sahana Bandekar, Staff Coordinator, under the guidance of Prof. Archana D, Association Advisor of ACODE. Their teamwork and dedication ensured the smooth execution of the contest.
