The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, in association with Ethnotech, organized a Five-Day Workshop on MATLAB MathWorks - OEM Certification from 22nd September to 27th September 2025 for the 5th-semester students. The sessions were conducted by Mr. Anoop Kumar from Ethnotech, who provided hands-on training that combined theoretical foundations with practical implementation. The workshop introduced students to working with the MATLAB user interface, analysis and visualization with matrices, conditional data handling, as well as organizing and analyzing data.

The main objectives of the workshop were to familiarize students with the MATLAB environment, strengthen their analytical and problem-solving skills using computational tools, provide exposure to data visualization and analysis techniques, and prepare them for MATLAB MathWorks-OEM certification by bridging theory with applications.

As an outcome, the students gained practical experience in mathematical modeling, data analysis, and matrix computations. They developed confidence in applying MATLAB tools for engineering applications and project work, improved their readiness for industry-oriented certifications, and enhanced their problem-solving skills by integrating theoretical knowledge with real-time practice.
